With we+, it’s possible to upload documents of various types up to (a considerable) 32MB for each document. It’s possible to manage the event calendar, set and manage deadlines, tasks, and also define projects in the same virtual space. And more: if your workgroup is numerous and dislocated over several time zones, you should take advantage of the blog, instant messaging, the wiki and the other communication tools that we+ furnishes the user. Everything is obviously shareable with all the team members that the administrator decides to integrate into the community.
Every activity and every project can be tagged, allowing you to search common elements from different resources. Integration between the different options is very high: if you create a new milestone or task, it is automatically seen on the calendar. The strong point of we+ is its simplicity and immediacy : the tabs make for pleasing and easy navigation. In other words it’s impossible to get lost and it’s impossible not to be able to complete operations that you want to get done.
Another element, marginal in respect to the previous ones, but no less important, is the shocking shade of green that sets we+ apart: the yooplus suite knows how to get recognized in the enormous sea of 2.0 offerings populating the web, without forgetting about the possibility to change color according to user preference.
Finally, why choose we+? simply because it’s free, it doesn’t cost anything and once you get your account, if you don’t like it, you can easily forget you user ID and password without feeling guilty. With monetary questions taken care of, you can choose we+ because it’s versatile, practical, well designed and easy to use. The administrator can easily set
user status, letting them do exactly what they are supposed to do, and nothing more. Instead, why shouldn’t you choose we+?
