We are starting with provide some white papers to better analize several very important arguments.
The first one is a Thomas Christel’s white paper.
The title is:“Flat Project Teams - A First Step Towards the Social Enterprise” and it’s a good beginning to introduce companies or organizations to the social enterprise and the concept of flat project teams.  It also includes some new ideas and lots of suggestions, too.
